Design Services: DesignBySachin provides logo and brand identity design services. By engaging in our services, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate in the design process.

Communication: You consent to receive communications from DesignBySachin related to your design projects and other relevant updates. You may opt-out of certain communications.

Intellectual Property
Ownership: All designs created by DesignBySachin are the intellectual property of DesignBySachin until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client retains ownership of the final design.

Portfolio: DesignBySachin reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Payments
Fees: DesignBySachin’s fees for design services are outlined in the project proposal. Payment is due as specified in the proposal, and work on the project commences upon receipt of payment.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided once the design process has commenced. If a refund is requested before work begins, it will be subject to review and approval.

Confidentiality
Project Information: DesignBySachin will treat all information related to your design projects as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.

Client Information: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and other sensitive information related to their DesignBySachin account.

Limitation of Liability
DesignBySachin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
DesignBySachin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
